At ArtConnect.net we want you to love your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return policy.

At ArtConnect.net, we want you to truly love your artwork. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

I do accept returns, but please get in touch before sending anything back so I can guide you through the process and ensure everything goes smoothly.


Made Just for You

Each piece is created במיוחד for you once your order is placed. I work with trusted production partners in the USA and other locations to ensure high-quality printing and efficient delivery.

Because every item is made to order, products are not held in stock and are produced individually for each customer.


20-Day Return Window

You may return your item within 20 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The canvas should be returned in its original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

All returns are handled directly through my studio in Ireland, where each item is personally inspected.

Please note: while your order may have been produced and shipped from locations such as the USA, returns are not processed through production partners.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • As items may ship from international locations, returns may also be international
  • I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Preference-Based Returns

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (for example, selecting a different size or shade), you are very welcome to do so under the standard return conditions.

As colours can vary slightly between screens and printed artwork, I’m always happy to answer any questions before or after purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

I’ll work with you quickly to resolve it.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within several business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised artwork
  • Made-to-order canvas prints
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
